a global company specializes in developing automated parking solutions, is looking for a Manufacturing and NPI Engineer.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Sustain Engineering - technical ownership for all Utron released products (Fabrication, assembly installation, service, and adaptation to new customers)
Responsible for multi-disciplinary new products introduction.
Apply DFx practices to improved manufacturability, assembly process, cost, etc
Manage and control Turnkey activities at suppliers (local and overseas) for system fabrication, assembly and integration. Support all tech aspects, quality and FAI (mechanical/ electro-mechanical).
Responsible for releasing Product documentations, BOM, jigs and design changes (ECOs)
Lead 2nd source cost reduction activities

Requirements:
BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering Must
Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Manufacturing Engineer of multi-disciplinary products with hands on approach
An in-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, fabrication technologies and tool design
Problem-solving experience of multi-disciplinary products
Familiarity with quality control techniques and practices
Proficient in CAD/Solid Works - Must
