The Turnkey Manager will be responsible for the execution of the operational procurement tasks in front of the sub-contractor, by ensuring an adequate supply of materials through multiple interfaces with the Boston subcontractors and the Boston internal units, such as the R&D, engineering, production, Quality, strategic procurement team, and others.
Main Duties:
Being a focal point for all subcontractors issues
Lead the day-to-day activities related to suppliers forecast and build plan fulfillment monitoring.
Overall responsibility for Subcontractors/vendors OTD to comply with the company demands.
Lead supplier QBR
Coordinate production scheduling and quality control
Oversee new product implementations and engineering changes
Manage inventory tracking and capacity planning
Drive issue resolution across multiple stakeholders
Handle returns and material authorizations
Conduct quarterly vendor inventory counts

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
At least 4 years in production planning/ operational management in subcontractor companies within Medical/Pharma companies (advantage) or at least 6 years' experience performing a matrix role in a complex and dynamic environment, as part of a large organization
Strong and comprehensive background in Supply Chain planning, procurement, and logistics.
Strong leadership ability and proven experience in Matrix environment
Effective verbal and written communication skills both in Hebrew and English
Proficient in MS Office and SAP
Self-starter & versatile
Assertiveness and multi-tasking, ability to perform under pressure.
