We are looking for a talented Senior Python backend Lead

How is your day is going to look like:

Design and implement clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code for OUR brand new backend
Define and implement ETL and other pipelines
Big Data processing, across public clouds and on-prem
Capable of vertical work from problem definition to product implementation
Conduct code and design reviews for other teammates
Coordinate cross-functionally with researchers and teams to ensure projects meet business objectives and compliance standards

Requirements:
You should bring with you:

B.Sc. in Computer Science
A curious mind and a general technical can-do attitude
7 years of experience as a Python backend or Full Stack or data /ML engineer - Must
2 years of experience with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis or equivalent)
2 years of experience with Hadoop ecosystem (HDFS, Spark, Hive, Iceberg)
2 years of experience with data orchestration tools (Airflow)
Linux server-side development
Git and CI/CD pipelines
Agile / Scrum native
Excellent interpersonal skills, team player with strong communications skills
Fluent written and spoken English is a must in an international company
