o Effective and experienced manager of engineers with ability to manage hardware, firmware, and software designs utilizing modern/advanced design tools.

Requirements:
o BSc EE or higher from accredited academic institution
o Fifteen year od experience in product design and launches
o Strong knowledge in power electronics, power systems, and digital controls
o Experienced individual with strong management experience for engineering design and research teams. Strong familiarity and experience in management of large projects using proven tools and practices to assure adherence to timetables and cost.
o Strong understanding of utility grids performance.

o Highly dedicated to companys mission and strategy
o Ability to build and expand engineering team.
