A global company is looking for an experienced and service-oriented Atlassian Administrator (Jira, Confluence, JSM) to manage and optimize its Atlassian Cloud environments, including Jira, Confluence, and JSM. This role involves enhancing User Experience, implementing add-ons, and collaborating with internal teams to improve workflows and systems for seamless service delivery.

Requirements:
3-5 years of experience as an Atlassian Administrator with strong expertise in Jira, Confluence, and JSM (required).
Proficiency with Jira add-ons such as Structure, ScriptRunner, and Automation for Jira (required).
Experience with Jira REST API and integrating Atlassian tools with other enterprise systems (preferred).
Atlassian Certified Administrator credential (preferred).
Strong focus on service delivery with the ability to design, improve, and optimize workflows.
Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Project management skills for handling multiple service requests and prioritizing tasks.
High proficiency in English
