Job Description As our first Senior DevOps /SRE Engineer, youll play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure and processes that support our products and engineering teams. You will be a hands-on leader, building robust CI/CD pipelines, ensuring high availability and scalability of systems, and championing best practices for automation, observability, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities Infrastructure Ownership: Design, build, and manage scalable, reliable, and secure cloud-based infrastructure (AWS preferred). CI/CD Pipelines: Develop and maintain automated build, TEST, and deployment pipelines to enable rapid and reliable software releases. Monitoring and Observability: Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to ensure system health and reliability. Incident Management: Lead incident response, postmortems, and remediation to minimize downtime and prevent recurrence. Cost Optimization: Monitor and optimize cloud resources to balance performance with cost efficiency. Security Best Practices: Ensure robust cloud and infrastructure security. Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to embed DevOps principles in development workflows. Scalability: Ensure infrastructure can scale to support our growing user base and product portfolio. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure, processes, and tools. Leadership: Define the DevOps strategy, build processes, and (in the future) help hire and mentor additional team members.
