Required Manager of Injection and Molding Department

Job Description:
Overall managerial and professional responsibility for the Injection and molding department.
Direct management of a number of team managers and responsibility for the optimal functioning of the departments employees and the means of production while striving to improve and implement the work plan.
Responsibility for all relevant operational indicators, norms of behavior, discipline, adherence to budgets, and more.

Requirements:
Mechanical engineer.
Proven management experience of a production department.
Proven experience in the field of plastic injection and molds.
Experience in the medical industry is an advantage
Ability to use computer management tools.
Ability to work under continuous pressure.
Good interpersonal relationships.
