We are looking for an experienced, talented, and passionate Finance Data Analyst to join our dynamic team and play a key role in shaping the future of our innovative B2C product. This role will report to the VP of Finance. Our offices are located in the central area, with a hybrid work model.
The ideal candidate should be able to: • Develop effective and efficient data analysis solutions. • Interpret and share data insights to help with decision-making. • Support data-driven projects to meet business goals.
About the Role: • Collect, analyses, and interpret financial data to provide insights into business performance. • Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making. • Prepare ad-hoc analysis and reports on revenue, costs, profitability, and other key financial metrics. • Performing financial reconciliation with business partners, focusing on payment reconciliation and ongoing monitoring of financial transactions. • Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure accuracy across multiple sources. • Continuously seek ways to improve data reporting processes, financial modeling, and forecasting accuracy.

Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in a Finance Data Analysis role. • High proficiency in SQL. • Experience with data visualization of large data sets using BI systems (Sisense, Tableau, Looker, etc.). • Experience working with data warehouse/data lake tools such as Snowflake, Athena, Redshift, or BigQuery. • High level of English. • Ability to make data-driven decisions and apply them to facilitate performance optimizations. • Able to work in a dynamic environment and with tight deadlines.
