We are looking for a Marketing Operations Generalist to join our marketing team and assist us with various tasks.
The Marketing Operations generalist will play an active role in driving Sony ILs marketing operations efforts, focused on supporting the team's project management planning and execution as well as reporting and analysis of results. The ideal candidate is passionate about solving problems, likes to work with people, enjoys stats and has a positive can-do attitude.
This is an exciting opportunity to learn about marketing and project management from the ground up and to work with many departments: Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, Finance as well as outsourced vendors in various fields such as content, design and more.

Responsibilities:
Provide project management support to marketing including cross-departmental projects
Assist with budget administration & management
Manage company event & trade show logistics
Digital marketing Maintain a smooth cadence of content flow together while liaising with an external marketing agency
Make sure all projects run smoothly and adhere to quality Sony standards
Build marketing plans and procedures to reach marketing goals
Manage projects from beginning to end, including hands-on work as needed
Track the progress of projects and build workflows
Transform challenges into solutions.

Requirements:
A Second-year business management and/or marketing, or related fields student (4 semesters left) please note that the Marketing Operations Generalist will be expected to work 3 days
Can-do positive approach
Outstanding project management skills with the ability to manage complex projects with attention to details
Ability to multitask and handle various priorities in a high-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to maintain a high level of productivity
An interest in marketing and a desire to learn more about it
A team player
Marketing and/or project management experience advantage.
