We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Embedded Software Engineer to join our core platform team.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in building the backbone of our companys IoT-driven products, working on features from concept to delivery. This position involves designing and implementing multi-disciplinary embedded solutions for highly integrated, low-power IoT systems. Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement core platform features for the companys flagship IoT products.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Software, QA, Architecture, and Product, to deliver high-quality solutions.
Drive end-to-end development of features, ensuring performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Develop firmware for low-power, multi-radio System-on-Chips (SoCs) optimized for IoT use cases.
Contribute to the architecture and development of embedded systems, including real-time operating system components and firmware for cellular communication stacks.
Tackle complex technical challenges with creative, out-of-the-box solutions.

Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of experience in C programming for embedded systems.
Proven expertise in developing software for multi-threaded operating systems (e.g., ThreadX, FreeRTOS, Embedded Linux).
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in embedded environments.
Solid understanding of embedded systems architecture, including memory management and peripheral integration.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.
Advantage:
Experience with writing hardware drivers (such as flash, DDR, UART..)
In-depth understanding and hands-on experience with communication protocols such as USB, I2C, and UART
Experience with Python for testing, analysis, and other applications.
