Were a dynamic startup seeking a creative and proactive Events and Field Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of our Israeli Market events. From initiating in-house events to managing sponsorship opportunities, youll connect with our audience, manage budgets, and align efforts with marketing goals.
Responsibilities:
- Event Management: Plan, execute, and oversee events, from concept to delivery, ensuring a great attendee experience.
- Budget Oversight: Manage budgets effectively, focusing on ROI and cost efficiency.
- Audience Insights: Research and tailor events to our audience, aligning them with marketing strategies.
- Swag Ownership: Manage all branded merchandise, ensuring consistency with our brand.
- Social Media Support: Assist with social media efforts for event promotion as needed.
Responsibilities:

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to independently drive tasks from concept to completion.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities, with a sharp eye for detail.
- Ability to craft and deliver high-impact marketing initiatives aligned with goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Self-starter with a get-it-done mindset, capable of working autonomously and solving challenges independently.
- A natural marketer with a clear understanding of the why behind every initiative and the ability to execute with precision.
