We’re looking for a talented UX/Product Designer who thrives in the intersection of creativity and technology. This role offers the opportunity to craft intuitive and impactful user experiences, directly contributing to retail innovation. As part of our team, you’ll work closely with product managers and engineers to design sophisticated user-centered solutions that empower retailers and bring value to our platform’s users. * Design user-centered solutions for complex web applications, contributing to high-quality experiences that align with Onebeat’s business goals and user needs.
* Maintain Onebeat’s Design System, ensuring a cohesive and consistent user experience across the platform.
* Collaborate with product, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to align design concepts with both technical and business objectives.
* Balance multiple design tasks effectively, with the flexibility to adapt to evolving project needs and priorities.

Requirements:
Experience
* 4-5 + years of experience in user experience (UX) and product design, ideally within complex web applications.
* A proven track record of delivering high-impact, high-quality design solutions in fast-paced environment. Technical Skills
* Figma Expert: Mastery of Figma, with advanced skills in auto layout, prototyping, and use of variables. (This is one of our key requirements!)
* Skilled in identifying and leveraging established design styles and patterns to create consistent and efficient design solutions.
* Experience in creating and maintaining Design Systems, with the ability to lead and evolve design consistency across products. Design Portfolio
* A compelling portfolio that demonstrates your strengths in visual, interface, and interaction design, with a focus on solving complex systems and applications. Soft Skills
* Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong independent task management skills.
* Adaptable to shifting requirements, with a knack for multitasking and reprioritizing on the go. Comprehensive understanding of the product life cycle, including research, prototyping, design, and usability testing.
