NLP Annotation & Analysis Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage our NLP Annotation & Analysis team. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the team, ensuring efficient task prioritization and the successful delivery of high-quality data analysis and annotation. Your leadership will directly contribute to the improvement of our NLP technology, deep learning models, and the overall quality of our data.
As a key collaborator, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and software developers to translate product requirements into actionable data tasks. You will be responsible for ensuring that the team's efforts align with broader company objectives, and that data insights are applied to drive continuous improvement in our models and features.

Responsibilities:
Leading a team of data annotators and data analysts, managing the flow and prioritization of their tasks.
People management: recruiting, developing and managing team members, providing mentorship and guidance to help them grow professionally and enhance their impact on the business.
Working closely with product managers, data scientists and software developers to translate product and technical requirements into actionable data annotation and analysis tasks.
Collaborating with product managers, data scientists and software developers to translate insights achieved from your team's deliverables into projects aimed at improving data quality.
Overseeing multiple projects of creating datasets used both for training deep learning models and for evaluating the quality of NLP technology and features.
Working alongside senior data analysts and product managers to set standards for evaluation methods and annotation guidelines.
