Oversee CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, ensuring smooth deployment processes.
Automate infrastructure management using tools like Terraform.
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to proactively address potential issues.
Ensure infrastructure security, optimizing for scalability and performance.
Take a hands-on approach, spending at least 50% of your time on technical work to support the team.
Troubleshoot complex production issues, providing timely solutions to maintain stability.

Proven experience (2+ years) as a DevOps Team Leader, with hands-on experience leading teams in a cloud environment.
Expertise in AWS (EKS, S3, Lambda, VPC, RDS) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
Strong proficiency in CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and automation.
Experience in high-pressure environments with a focus on delivering projects from end to end.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to dive into technical details.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
A passion for technology with a hunger to continuously learn and innovate.
