What youll do:
Lead and drive architecture across all technical domains, ensuring high standards for scalability, reliability, security, and performance.
Lead the Tech-Leads Guild and the Architects team.
Design and implement architectural frameworks for large-scale, distributed, cloud-native systems, ensuring the adoption of industry best practices.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and senior leadership to align technical strategies with business goals, ensuring that we are building the right solutions to accelerate our platform and data products.
Lead by example in hands-on design, coding, and technical problem-solving, especially in complex or high-risk areas.
Research and evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools, and integrate them into the architecture as needed.
Establish and champion engineering best practices, including software design patterns, code quality, CI/CD pipelines, and testing methodologies.
Drive the continuous improvement of our software architecture, evolving it as the business grows and new challenges arise.
Develop and maintain key technical documentation, design specifications, and roadmaps to guide engineering efforts.
Mentor and guide engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation within the engineering organization.
