The Partnerships Lead will play a crucial role in developing and executing partnership strategies to drive business growth and customer value.
We are searching for someone to spearhead all ongoing and future responsibilities around our partnerships efforts.
Weve made great progress with dozens of partners and are eager to have someone lean into this full time.
The company quite literally sells itself with its PLG offering, and this role is focused on getting the right partners to recommend us to their customers or affiliates. Our goal is to equip Partners with one of the easiest wins available in eCommerce for all of their clients. Join us on this exciting journey to transform the battle against fraud.
Your Arena:
Engage new Partnerships across Agencies, Fractional CFOs, Payment Processors, eCommerce ecosystems and Other Tech Partners
Ensure efficient and wide-spread adoption across respective Partners client base
Understand Partner goals and provide an easy channel for communication and growth across our ecosystem
Cultivate a customer-centric mentality while collaborating closely with the product and sales teams to provide the VOC and communicate customer feedback to strengthen our operational components around insights, growth, retention, and expansions.
