We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in transforming the retail experience. Our DevOps team builds and optimizes global infrastructure for edge and cloud computing, powering AI-driven computer vision systems that are deployed in stores worldwide.
A day in the life:
Research, design, implement and test solutions that enable us to service numerous stores, efficiently and at scale.
Develop strong understanding and ownership of relevant product areas, codebases, and/or systems.
Analyze, debug and fix intricate system problems across the systems spectrum.
Share on-call responsibilities and manage site incidents with the R&D department.
Contribute code to the core applications using Rust.
Tech Stack: Golang, Python, Rust, Terraform, Ansible, Helm, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes On-Prem, ArgoCD, Octopus Deploy, Github Actions.
A day in the life:
Research, design, implement and test solutions that enable us to service numerous stores, efficiently and at scale.
Develop strong understanding and ownership of relevant product areas, codebases, and/or systems.
Analyze, debug and fix intricate system problems across the systems spectrum.
Share on-call responsibilities and manage site incidents with the R&D department.

Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience with Python / Rust / Go.
Experience in writing code for infrastructure, networks, configuration management, and resource optimization.
3 years Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD platforms and cloud providers (GCP or Azure preferred).
Experience in independently owning end-to-end projects, from research to delivery and production.
Understanding of microservice architectures and experience in developing/deploying microservices.
Ability to collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams to understand needs and explain solutions.
Experience in managing Linux environments.
Nice to have:
Experience with event-based, message-driven distributed systems.
Experience with software monitoring and logging systems.
Kubernetes internals (CNI/CRI/CSI, controllers and custom resources).
At least 3 years of experience with Python / Rust / Go.
