As a Product Manager for the Cloud Platform, you will be responsible for leading the development and growth of our cloud-based platform, which enables seamless connectivity, data management, and advanced analytics for our cutting-edge Internet of Things (IoT) devices. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data, and customer success, to define and execute the product strategy, ensuring successful delivery of innovative solutions that meet customer needs. This role requires a strong technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of cloud-based platforms and IoT ecosystems.
Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Vision: Define and communicate the long-term product strategy for the Cloud Platform, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Roadmap Planning: Develop and manage a comprehensive product roadmap, incorporating customer feedback, market trends, and business priorities, to guide the evolution and expansion of the platform.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with customers, internal stakeholders, and market research to identify and prioritize customer needs, translating them into clear and actionable product requirements.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, data, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on product vision, drive effective execution, and deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
Agile Development: Implement agile methodologies to drive product development, including iterative releases, frequent testing, and continuous improvement.
User Experience (UX): Champion the importance of user-centric design and collaborate with product designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences across the Cloud Platform.
Competitive Analysis: Conduct regular market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation, understand industry trends, and make informed product decisions.
Stakeholder Management: Communicate product updates, project status, and roadmap plans to key stakeholders, including executives, partners, and customers, ensuring alignment and building strong relationships.
Metrics and Analytics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics, monitoring and analyzing product performance to inform future enhancements and drive data-driven decision-making.
