Seeking a skilled Application Security Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security of our applications through proactive assessments, vulnerability management, and continuous monitoring. You will collaborate with development teams to integrate security best practices into our software development lifecycle and mitigate risks associated with application vulnerabilities. Your expertise will help maintain our commitment to delivering secure and reliable software solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Conduct regular security assessments and penetration testing on applications to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure secure coding practices are followed throughout the software development lifecycle.
Implement and maintain security tools and technologies to monitor application security threats and compliance.
Develop and deliver security training and awareness programs for developers and stakeholders.
Stay current with the latest security trends, threats, and technology solutions to enhance application security measures.
Participate in incident response activities and provide expertise in analyzing and remediating security incidents related to applications.

Proficiency in security assessment tools, such as static and dynamic analysis tools, and vulnerability scanners.
Experience with cloud security and securing web applications, API security, and mobile application security.
Familiarity with security frameworks and standards such as OWASP, NIST, and ISO 27001.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in application security or a related field, with a strong understanding of secure coding practices.
Proficiency in security assessment tools, such as static and dynamic analysis tools, and vulnerability scanners.
