Develops regional catalog strategy in collaboration with the category sourcing lead and accountable for deployment of the catalog set-up within the Ariba tool
Update Price Info Records in ERP SAP globally
Maintain scheduling agreements and contracts
Preferred Ordering Method for suppliers to be set to emails/ URLs
Develops maintains catalogs on the eProcurement platform- Ariba creation, update deletion of all types of catalogs (hosted, punch out, and pre-filled forms). In alignment with the local regional sourcing teams, he/she has to understand the contracts content and make sure it is reflected in a user-friendly way into the platform. To do so, he/she will have to reach out to the suppliers to collect catalog related information (price, picture, item description...)

Requirements:
Degree in Economics, or related business area
Bachelor preferred
Knowledge of procurement
Analytical skills
eProcurement platform, SAP, Ariba
Procure to Pay processes
Shared Services
Basic MS office
Hebrew language and excellent English (speaking writing)
The position is for maternity leave cover
