About the position:
You will be part of a team that helps clients address a broad range of legal, regulatory and policy issues pertaining to international trade.
Among other things, you will:
Assist clients with all stages and aspects of creating, implementing, and updating global trade compliance programs: including risk assessments, drafting policies, training, and support with day-to-day implementation.
Deliver legal advice on global trade compliance matters with both local and international dimensions.
Assist with regulatory aspects of corporate and commercial transactions.
Research and stay abreast of the regulatory intersection of law and technology, compliance updates , regulations and best practices.

Requirements:
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ years of post-qualification legal experience in global trade compliance.
Experience in working at the intersection of law and technology with any of the following sectors: aerospace, defense, cyber, semiconductors, telecommunications or other emerging technology sector.
Independent learning skills, analytical thinking, and a desire to be challenged.
Excellent written and verbal skills in both English and Hebrew.
Preferred Qualifications:
