we are seeking a highly technical Product Director to lead our SaaS product deployment, onboarding, and configuration processes. This role also includes leading the integration of us with various storage platforms.
The ideal candidate should have a hands-on technical background, with prior development experience and be passionate about creating robust, secure solutions. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to succeed in this role.
Responsibilities :
Own the product strategy for our SaaS deployment, onboarding and setup
Lead the integration of our products with multiple storage platforms (CIFS, SMB, NAS) and provide technical insights to improve these integrations
Work closely with engineering teams to execute the product roadmap, ensuring that technical decisions align with the overall product strategy
Define and manage the implementation of secure authentication and authorization mechanisms during product configuration and deployment
Manage and mentor a team of product managers

Requirements:
5 years of product management or technical leadership experience in the cybersecurity space or related fields
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related technical field
Strong technical background in storage systems (CIFS, SMB, NAS, cloud platforms)
Hands on experience with authentication, authorization, security protocols and PAM providers
Familiarity with cloud environments (Mainly Azure and AWS), containerization (Kubernetes), and DevOps practices is highly desirable
Proven ability to lead cross functional teams, influence without direct authority, and manage a team of product managers
Excellent communication skills, able to articulate complex technical concepts
