We are hiring a QAD finance implementor Project Manager to our Global IT division.
Main responsibilities:
Global QAD Finance Support: Providing day-to-day QAD finance support, Establish and continuously improve processes to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Gather, analyze and document business requirements within QAD. Providing daily service to finance system 's users
Lead initiatives to improve user adoption and reduce the number of recurring support requests.
Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to improve system performance, user satisfaction, and support efficiency. Drive process improvements, increase support responsiveness, and minimize the impact of technical issues on business operations.

Requirements:
BS Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, finance or related discipline
3 to 5 years with information systems in a manufacturing environment.
Solid analytical, communications skills and project management skills.
Familiarity and experience working with the QAD ( ERP ) system.
Familiarity with financial systems
Fluent English (other languages??- an advantage)
