Backend Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Backend engineer to join a team of creative and experienced engineers working on state-of-the-art web applications and help us design and build a flexible and scalable system that will allow our business to move fast and innovate. You will be expected to show ownership and responsibility for the code you write, but it doesnt stop there. at our company, you are encouraged to think big and help out in other areas.
Key focuses:
Design and implement robust APIs and distributed systems to meet business needs.
Optimize web applications for performance and scale.
Write high-quality code and tests, prototype solutions, analyze bottlenecks, and resolve production issues.
Lead and mentor developers, launch initiatives, and research new technologies.
Design and build tools to help developers deliver reliable features with speed and ease.
Work closely with product managers, peer engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders.
