What is VDC in our company:
Our VDC team is a prominent professional arm within our Operations department, responsible for the creation of the clients construction projects within our system. It involves combining our clients models, plans and construction insights, with our proven construction management methodologies, into an accurate digital representation of the project in reality.
The team consists of experienced construction professionals, engineers and architects. with a background in site based project management.
What you'll do:
Bring the technology to our customers;
Conduct frequent construction-focused technical discussions with our customers.
Be a construction expert within the company to guide other internal teams to best support our customers needs.
Create the company solution for different global construction projects;
Work by our design guidelines combined with clients specific requirements to create a Digital Twin that optimally represents their project and serves the clients needs.
Be the professional function responsible for the system throughout the clients projects lifecycle- from fit-out start, to projects delivery.
Understand the complexities of specific projects construction methodologies, dive into the project metrics and workflows.
As part of the team, use your experience to constantly contribute to the optimization of our unique design methodology, for quality and efficiency.
Take a prominent part of our clients implementation stage, by meeting our clients at discovery sessions, understanding their specific needs, while representing Buildot's product and strategy.
Collaborate with various teams, such as Customer Success and Product, in order to support the project and clients' needs.

Requirements:
7+ years of proven operational experience in construction projects - proven practical experience in site or project management related roles.
Engineering (civil / structural) or equivalent, or Construction management degree.
Strong working knowledge of BIM environment and Navisworks Manage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (other languages-an advantage).
Working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.
Strong working knowledge of MEP systems and installations.
Ability to manage an interface with our clients; manage discovery sessions, and represent our perspective in the best possible way.
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Tech savvy, proficient in computer applications, MS Office and G Suite.
7+ years of proven operational experience in construction projects - proven practical experience in site or project management related roles.
