Hybrid Position in Petach Tikva

Temporary position for 9 months.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule training programs with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Manage logistics, including registration, classroom setup, materials, and catering.
Communicate program details with participants and instructors.
Collect feedback, create reports, and analyze training effectiveness.
Oversee multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in training, learning, or project coordination.
BA/MA in HR or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is mandatory.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Advantage: Familiarity with survey tools and business intelligence platforms.
