We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager.
In this role, you will oversee the strategy and the day-to-day implementation of our financial product solutions that match the needs of our business. A strong financial background is a must for the perfect applicant, ideally as a CPA, accountant or economist.
This position requires proven product management experience ranging from roadmap planning, detailed product requirements, agile work items and ceremonies management.
Any technical background is a benefit.
Responsibilities:
Bachelors degree in accounting- Must!
Implementation of the product's strategy and vision, and make sure its aligned with the company's overall objectives and market trends in the financial industry.
Market research: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, product market fit, and customer needs within the financial technology space.
Product roadmap: Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on strategic initiatives, customer feedback, and market opportunities, ensuring alignment with business goals and resources.
Product ownership: Lead cross-functional agile team through the product development lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to design, development, and launch, while maintaining focus on quality and timeliness.
User experience: proven experience as Product lead pivot. Champion a user-centric approach to product development, leveraging usability testing, customer feedback, and data analytics to continuously improve the user experience and drive user engagement.

Proven track record of successfully launching and managing B2B software products, preferably in the financial domain.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams and drive consensus among stakeholders.
Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, with a focus on technological product management- a must.
