We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Regulatory Compliance Specialist to ensure our company's adherence to all relevant industry regulations and standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automotive regulations and the ability to interpret and implement compliance requirements.
How your job will look like?
Stay up to date with evolving global regulatory requirements and industry standards, ensuring compliance across all relevant areas.
Collaborate with product, engineering and development groups to conduct thorough risk-assessments, identify potential compliance risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures, to ensure requirements are integrated into product design and development processes.
Lead the integration and administration of enterprise software applications to automate analysis and monitoring of materials compliance regulations, responsible sourcing and supply-chain transparency requirements.
Manage the producing of required compliance documentation and reporting.
Train staff on compliance requirements and best practices

Requirements:
BA degree in a relevant field or 5+ years of experience in Product regulatory compliance, preferably in the automotive industry
In-depth knowledge of applicable industry regulations Electronics, Semi-Conductor, Automotive etc.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to quickly build strong credibility with global business partners
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet challenging deadlines
Certification in compliance or automotive quality standards (e.g., VDA 6.3, IATF 16949) is a plus
Attention to details
Risk assessment and management skills, regulatory research and analysis experience
