Resolve travel issues promptly and maintain strong vendor relationships

10+ years in travel management or a similar role within a global company

Proven negotiation skills for securing optimal travel rates and services
In-depth knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices
Detail-oriented with a focus on policy compliance and accuracy
Strong analytical skills for tracking and reporting on travel expenses and budgets
Independent decision-making ability in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional customer service skills for travel-related support
Ability to quickly learn new systems and apps
Established relationships with key aviation industry stakeholders
Bachelors degree in business, travel management, or related field
Proficient in travel booking systems, Microsoft Office, and compliance requirements (TSA, IATA, visa rules)
Collaborative team player with strong problem-solving skills
10+ years in travel management or a similar role within a global company
