As the last point before before customer delivery for all AV products, its imperative that we be efficient, scalable and effective.

What will your job look like?
Deliver results by orchestrating the technical planning, execution, and enablement of key programs.
Communicate with the automotive client on exact technical needs, including organizing workshops test drives, and functional tuning.
Anticipate and remove obstacles that slow or prevent teams from delivering objectives.
Lead and contribute to the decision-making process and facilitate conflict resolution.
Draw from your hands-on experience in the relevant technology requested.
Use critical design thinking to focus on delivery and results.
Define key program metrics and communicate outcomes, blockers, and program performance.
Work with management and other leaders to continually identify and implement team process improvements.

Requirements:
Computer Science/Industrial Engineering/ Relevant Engineering degree.
Experience in project management.
Experience in customer facing technical project / program management.
Excellent communication, organizational and management skills.
Vehicle industry experience advantage.
Fluent English and Hebrew.
