we are looking for a Operations Control Center Operator - Student Position
What will your job look like:
Using digital systems to monitor and control security & safety systems: CCTV, Intrusion detection, Fire alarm systems, Elevators, and more
Track CCTV displays on wall to wall security monitors, and access control systems
Incident response and notification to relevant teams
Company incident and ticket system management. Including opening and directing tickets to the correct teams and tracking through closure.
Answer internal and external service calls
Cooperative work with operations teams and support them in various general tasks

Available for shift work 24/7, including night shifts, weekends and holidays
Minimum 3 shifts per week
Computer science /Engineering student An advantage
Experience in a digital work environment
Prior work in an operations or military/security command center An advantage
Practiced in multitasking and working under pressure
Ability to express yourself in both Hebrew and English
Strong work ethic and sense of personal responsibility
Service oriented and strong interpersonal skills
Completed military or national service
Available for shift work 24/7, including night shifts, weekends and holidays
