.As the Technology Lead, you will be responsible for steering the technological direction of the company, building the team, and ensuring successful delivery of our AI/ML-based solutions. Your key responsibilities include:

Requirements:
We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Technology Lead with the following qualifications:
7+ years of experience in technical leadership roles, particularly within startups or fast-paced environments.
Proven expertise in developing and deploying AI/ML models at scale.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or TensorFlow.
Expertise in data engineering, pipelines, and managing large-scale datasets.
Familiarity with MLOps and tools for continuous integration and deployment
Proven success in leading, building, and scaling technical teams.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster teamwork and collaboration.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong problem-solving orientation.
Ability to thrive in a startup environment with shifting priorities.
