About The Role:
Lead and manage a team of finance employees, providing direction, mentorship, and support.
Prepare and present timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Ensure compliance with state, and local financial regulations, and internal policies.
Lead develop and maintain effective internal control systems to safeguard the organizations financial resources.
Leading the control over purchase to payment cycle.
Working closely with multiple teams and management in Israel and USA.
Prepare different analyses and assist with various tasks related to daily activities
Assisting with the annual budgeting process and supporting quarterly forecasts, analysis and insights to support decision-making.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MBA- an advantage)
Qualified CPA (with a Big 4 firm an advantage)
5+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance (not includes internship), with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial analysis, and reporting standards
Knowledge and experience in financial software and ERP systems (Priority system an advantage), with advanced Excel skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and meet tight deadlines
Strong work ethic and desire to succeed and make an impact
Excellent communication and service orientation skills
Professional level in English Must.
