For a public traded High-Tech Company we are looking for a Corporate Controller to be responsible for:
* Managing the Israeli, US & Europe finance teams.
* All accounting, treasury, inventory, AR, AP, equity, ESOP.
* Period-close process (monthly, quarterly, and annually) according to the IFRS.
* Quarterly, and annual financial statements and reporting to the management and the BOD.
* All global tax handling, transfer pricing modelling.
* Leading automation and process improvement projects.
* Implement and maintain internal control policies and procedures.
* Monthly budgeting control, forecasting and long-term plans.

Requirements:
* At least 3 years of experience as a Company Controller.
* Bachelors degree in accounting.
* Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
* Experience in one of the Big 4 firms, focusing on the high-tech sector.
* High-level English proficiency.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Experience working with subsidiaries abroad.
* Familiarity with Priority ERP system advantage.
* Strong ethic work, proactive approach, and teamwork skills.
* Full term position in our offices in the Shfela district.
