* ניהול מחלקת צבדים בארגון, ומול אתרים בגלובל
* ניהול ,תחזוקה מונעת/שוטפת של צבדי"ם לפי נהלי החברה
* ניהול תחזוקות תשתיות האתר בבית שאן – תנורים, מרעדים, גנראטורים וכו'
* ניהול תחזוקות כל מתקני ההרכבה והבדיקה בחברה
* הכרות עם כלים ויישומים טכנולוגיים בתחום הבדיקות.
* ניהול והנעת צוות טכני
* עבודה מול גורמים שונים בארגון, כולל הנדסה, פיתוח, רכש ותחזוקה
* יכולת ניסוח והצגת תוכניות עבודה
* הובלת פרויקטים ותכנון לצרכים של הארגון לטווח הקצר והארוך
* יכולת פתרון בעיות מהירות וטיפול בתקלות.
* יכולת עבודה תחת לחץ
* יכולת עבודה במצבים משתנים והבנת צרכים ארגוניים
* יכולת לארגון ולתעד מידע דרישות התפקיד:

Test Equipment & Infrastructure Leader at DRS RADA Technologies The role includes responsibility for the area of test equipment and infrastructure within the organization. This is a technical managerial position that includes coordination and maintenance of testing and integration systems of equipment in laboratories and development environments at the factory in Beit She'an. Responsibility:
* Management of the equipment department within the organization and in global sites.
* Management of ongoing maintenance of equipment according to company procedures.
* Management of site infrastructure maintenance in Beit She'an – ovens, chillers, generators, etc.
* Management of maintenance for all assembly and testing facilities within the company.
* Familiarity with tools and technological applications in the testing field.
* Management and motivation of a technical team.
* Collaboration with various departments in the organization, including engineering, development, procurement, and maintenance.
* Ability to develop work programs.
* Leading projects and planning for the short and long-term needs of the organization.
* Ability to quickly solve problems and handle malfunctions.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Ability to adapt to changing situations and understand organizational needs.
* Ability to organize and document information. Job Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical, electronics, mechanical, or a similar field) / Technician with proven experience in the field.
* Master's degree in a managerial or technological field – an advantage.
* Previous experience in a technological role in the engineering, testing, or electronics development industry.
* Experience in designing and maintaining test equipment and integrating systems.
* Experience in managing a technical team and/or technological projects.
* Experience working with software tools for managing test equipment.
* Knowledge in configuring software and hardware systems, RF digital, and power.
