Bookkeeper

We are a growing defense company located in Tzur Yigal (moving to Emek Hafer in 2025) looking for an experienced Bookkeeperto join our team.
In this position, you will conduct daily bookkeeping tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in a global environment with multiple entities, have strong attention to details, be a quick learner, and demonstrate teamwork and independent work capabilities. You would be part of the bookkeeping team.
Roles And Responsibilities:
Banks Reconciliation with multiply corencies including deposits and loans .
Foreign suppliers recording invoices against PO and GR, including Proforma invoices .
Preparing payment by EFT (Masav) to local suppleirs and through banks websits to foreign suppliers .
Mangae and record the advance payments process.
Manage the travel expenses process, Travel expenses information to payments.
Record and prepar Employees expenses reports and payments.
Record and reconcile Company credit card expenses.
VAT monthly control.
Fully owned Subsidiary bank reconciliation, credit card expenses and employees expeses reports .
Perform other bookkeeping ad-hoc tasks as required.
