As a Systems Implementer at Made4net, you will play a critical role in deploying and configuring our software solutions to meet the specific needs of our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, configure our software to optimize these processes, and provide ongoing assistance to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
Job Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Work directly with clients to understand their business processes, requirements, and goals for the supply chain software solution.
- system Configuration: Configure and customize the software to align with client requirements, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
- Implementation Planning: Develop and execute detailed implementation plans, including timelines, project customization, project-level specifications, and resource allocation.
- User Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they are proficient in using the new system and can maximize its benefits.
- Testing and Quality Assurance : Perform thorough testing of the configured system to identify and resolve any issues before deployment.
- Ongoing Support and Client Relations: Provide post-implementation assistance to address any issues, and maintain strong client relationships to ensure the system continues to meet their
needs.

- Proficiently use SQL for data manipulation.

- Proven ability to configure and customize software based on client needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in conducting user training and providing ongoing support.
