The global innovator and leading solutions provider of 5G wireless transport, is looking for a IT Operation and Sales manager to join the team.
Responsible for managing processes in the sales and operations domains within IT, overseeing two main teams: ERP Logistics Team and Salesforce Team.
Collaborating closely with the operations and sales departments, including senior management to ensure the process and systems meet the organizations business and strategic requirements.
Managing and leading projects to improve business processes, identifying gaps, and recommending innovative solutions.
Support and improvement of existing applications.
Creating an annual plan and tracking its implementation daily.
Budget control and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Maintaining regular communication with software vendors, working on agreements and contracts.
Working with the internal IT team creating and coordinating work plans, resources, developments and more.
Ensuring alignment and integration between ERP and Salesforce systems.

Experience in Operation and Sales processes transformation.
5 years of related experience.
Business-related degree or equivalent industry experience.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Proactively takes ownership.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, ability to build partnership with the business.
Willingness to work in an exciting, fast-paced, and ever-changing environment.
Experience in a global multi-culture environment.
Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution.
