Were looking for a talented and experienced Interim Product Manager to join HoneyBook for a 6-month parental leave coverage and lead the member satisfaction team during this time.

Here are a few of the things you will do:

First and foremost, help our members feel supported and empowered by increasing their satisfaction with our product.
Own the member satisfaction domain, focusing on enhancing user delight through innovative product experiences and aligning payments and booking capabilities with user expectations.
Work with various stakeholders such as leadership, design, engineering, and more to define, prioritize, and execute on our product strategy.
Manage roadmap and sprint, crafting detailed user stories and product specs for design and development teams.
Partner with support, product education, and product marketing teams to gather insights from members and ensure knowledge is shared effectively with both internal teams and customers.
Translate customer feedback into impactful features that holistically address user needs.
Use hypothesis-driven product development to optimize feature performance and adoption, managing the lifecycle of a feature or opportunity (opportunity sizing, ideation, hypothesis development, designing, launching, analyzing, and iterating).
Leverage data and customer feedback to iterate on and improve the core product.
