Key Responsibilities:

*Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including SaaS contracts, partnership agreements, and SLAs, particularly with Fortune 500 customers and partners.
*Provide strategic legal counsel on high-value enterprise transactions, ensuring compliance with industry standards, corporate governance, and data protection laws.
*Assess and mitigate legal risks in commercial relationships, advising on appropriate strategies.
*Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and industry-specific legal frameworks in cybersecurity.
*Collaborate with finance and revenue operations teams to support negotiations with enterprise customers, aligning legal frameworks with business objectives.

**This position offers flexibility, with the option of an 80%- 100% role, allowing for a balanced work-life arrangement.

Requirements:
Qualifications and Requirements:

* 4-6 years of legal experience in high-tech law firms and/or in-house at cybersecurity or tech startups.
*Proven experience in cybersecurity, either working in a cybersecurity company or providing legal services to cybersecurity clients at a major law firm.
* Strong experience working on commercial agreements with Fortune 500 customers (mandatory).
* Expertise in SaaS agreements, enterprise-level negotiations, and data protection regulations.
* Proven track record of working cross-functionally with executive teams.
* Ability to navigate complex legal landscapes in a fast-paced startup environment.
