We are seeking a seasoned senior product manager passionate about understanding how technology can improve the performance in the construction industry. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and welcomes new challenges every day. The Senior Product Manager will report directly to the VP of Product, and play a critical role in improving the usability and functionality of our cutting-edge construction technologies.
Responsibilities:
Develop and communicate the product strategy aligned with business goals.
Lead the creation, execution, tracking and iteration of product roadmaps.
Work with engineering, design, marketing, sales, operation and customer support teams to deliver valuable products.
Engage with executives and stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals.
Gather and analyze data and feedback from customers, partners, and market trends to improve the product.

Requirements:
7+ years in hands-on SaaS B2B product roles.
Experience in fast-paced startups, leading cross-functional teams in agile environments.
Proven ability to manage 0 to 1 and 1 to 100 products through their entire lifecycle (ideation to launch to adoption to growth).
Experience in construction tech advantage.
Experience in companies with AI operations advantage.
Strong product sense, and ability to translate user feedback and business goals into actionable product features.
Strategic thinking with the ability to develop long-term product visions, based on market pains and trends, and our unique value proposition.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Analytical skills to interpret data and market trends and make data-driven decisions.
Experience with embracing ambiguity and working towards a goal with many unknowns.
Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on execution and delivery of high-quality products.
Team player.
Lead without authority.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to make decisions under pressure.
Strong organizational skills with a focus on execution.
Collaborative, humble, opinionated, and curious.
