Lead Product Designer

We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to join our team and guide the design direction of key product areas. In this role, you will take ownership of the UX, UI design and UX research while mentoring designers and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. This is an opportunity to influence our design strategy while still being hands-on with design work.
We seek a curious, optimistic, collaborative, empathetic, and creative designer. Responsibilities:
Lead the design process for the product, from initial concepts to final delivery.
Design end-to-end solutions, creating user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Mentor and guide designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration and growth.
Establish UX and UI practices to optimize for quality, speed, and business value.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and UX researchers to gather requirements and translate them into delightful design solutions for our users.
Develop and maintain the design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the product.
Advocate for a user-centered mindset and help position Design as a key player in the companys business and product development process.
Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to elevate the overall quality of the design team.
