We are seeking an analytical and proactive Product Analyst to join our team.
As a key member of our R&D team, youll leverage complex construction site data to drive product decisions and enhance user experiences. Youll play a crucial role in understanding how our customers interact with our features and products, creating actionable insights that drive product development.
Responsibilities:
Drive our Data First product strategy by transforming complex construction site data (including imagery, GPS locations, and equipment metrics) into actionable insights
Partner with Product Management to identify opportunities for product enhancement and feature development
Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior patterns and product usage metrics to optimize user experience
Design and maintain comprehensive dashboards that provide real-time insights across the organization
Develop data-driven recommendations for product roadmap prioritization and growth initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-informed product improvements.

4+ years of experience in product analytics, preferably in SaaS or technology companies
Expert-level SQL skills with expertise in large-scale data analysis
Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker)
Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
Outstanding communication skills with experience presenting technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
Proven experience with user analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude) advantage
Python programming experience advantage
Experience working with geospatial data advantage.
