Are you ready to lead a dynamic team of front-end, mobile, and back-end developers, along with QA experts, in a collaborative and innovative environment? We are searching for an exceptional Multi-Disciplinary Software Team Leader to spearhead team delivery, champion Agile methodologies, collaborate closely with product teams, and drive the architectural design of cutting-edge features within the team.
Responsibilities
Lead the team in delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget, taking ownership of team delivery and performance
Drive Agile best practices within the team, fostering a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Hands on, take active part in team tasks.
Building and hiring a team of experts.
Collaborate closely with product teams to align development efforts with product strategies and ensure successful outcomes.
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and support to team members to help them reach their full potential.
Triage production and system issues, track, debug, and solve with stakeholders and the team members.
End to end ownership of product development (from design to production and beyond).

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Masters degree preferred) or equivalent experience.
At least 10 years of experience in software development.
At least 3+ years of proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary software development teams in a fast-paced environment.
Strong expertise in front-end/mobile/back-end development technologies, coupled with a solid understanding of QA processes.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience implementing Agile practices for successful project delivery.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience in designing & building large-scale/distributed systems infrastructure.
Experience in the following technologies: CI/CD and automated testing, Relational DB and Modeling data in relational and NoSQL, Python, Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure), Docker, SQL.
Experience in managing teams.
Fluency in both English and Hebrew (written, spoken, and reading) is required.
