We're looking for a DevOps team lead. You will be responsible for leading a small team of DevOps engineers in designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure solutions using IAC tools. This role requires expertise in Terraform/Pulumi, AWS/GCP microservices architectures, and proficiency in Python for automation tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in team leadership, setting up CICD pipelines, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team. Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities
* Lead a team of 2-3 DevOps engineers.
* Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure solutions using IAC tools on our cloud environments.
* Lead and develop automation scripts and tools in Python to streamline infrastructure provisioning and management.
* Implement and manage Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CICD) pipelines using Jenkins/GitHub actions/ArgoCD.
* Scalability and quality focus: Proven ability to architect and scale infrastructure to meet increasing demands. Independent and proactive approach to handling tasks, with a strong drive to lead the team to new heights.
* Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues promptly to ensure seamless operations.
* Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
