As our Credit Cards manager you will be responsible to build from the ground up and manage the credit card function within the bank. The position includes leading and managing business aspects, assessing value propositions and initiating processes for engagement and integration with third parties. You will also be responsible to define new products, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, both local and global and lead multiple complex processes in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
Manage card-based products of the bank, including defining business models.
Lead the business and banking product specification in coordination with technology providers.
Lead relevant integration processes (e.g., scheme, issuing operator, digital wallets).
Develop the issuance system and associated credit products.
Formulate policies within the banks responsibility areas.
Write comprehensive policy and procedure documents.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
Define appropriate controls for operations and supporting risk management processes.
Represent the bank in forums with regulators on relevant topics.
Participate in internal bank forums and teams.

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or Industrial Engineering.
At least 5 years of experience in the credit card industry (bank or credit card company).
Experience executing regulated processes under regulatory requirements and procedures.
Experience working with international schemes.
Experience in loyalty program development.
Language proficiency in Hebrew and English at an excellent level.
Experience leading innovative projects.
Managerial experience - Big Advantage
Skills & knowledge:
High analytical skills with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Problem-solving mindset with a "can-do" approach.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks across various domains (banking, technology).
