We seek a Procurement Manager for New Product Innovation (NPI) to lead and manage procurement for new product development, and full-turn key solutions and ensure the successful transition of new products from development (NPD) to market introduction (NPI).
This global role requires expertise in sourcing, supplier management, cost optimization, and strategic negotiations.
Responsibilities:
Develop procurement strategies to drive innovation and align with company goals.
Lead procurement activities from development (NPD) to market
introduction (NPI).
Use data -driven decision-making and analytics to enhance procurement performance.
Support cross-departmental initiatives and process improvements.
Identify supply chain risks

Requirements:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or Finance; Master's degree preferred.
10+ years of direct procurement experience, including significant exposure to suppliers in China and Asia.
Proven expertise in sourcing, negotiations, and supplier management within global and multidisciplinary environments.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, NPI procurement, and category strategy.
Fluent in Hebrew and English; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
Strong project management and analytical problem-solving skills.
Availability for international travel.
