We seek a highly motivated and experienced Product Growth Manager to join us.
As product Growth Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our product's adoption and successful use. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute ways to improve our deployments, feature adoptions, and user journeys to ensure long-term value realization. This role requires a deep understanding of our product, security, technical, and analytical skills.
What will you do:
Develop and execute projects that help customers and prospects adopt the product.
Convert security research into valuable and easy-to-consume customer-facing content and insights.
Collaborate closely with researchers, customer success, and product management to develop better onboarding processes, training materials, and enhancements to drive product adoption.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify pain points, gather insights, and drive product enhancements that enhance adoption and customer satisfaction.

Excellent understanding of the cybersecurity field, including attacks, vulnerabilities, and security practices in web and API environments.
Proven experience in one or more of the following: security research, security analyst roles, security operations (SecOps), bug bounty programs, or incident response.
Proven experience in one or more of the following: Technical Writing, Product Management, Customer Enablement, Technical Marketing, or related product-focused roles.
Strong capability in translating dry technical and research findings into compelling stories aligning with our product offerings and capabilities.
Strong project management skills and ability to get things done.
Solid abilities for writing technical content in English.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data, security research, and make data-driven decisions to optimize adoption strategies.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
