We are excited to expand its rapidly growing legal department with a new team member! As we continue to scale, we are seeking for a Legal Operations professional to join our global team enhancing the efficiency, productivity, and strategic effectiveness of the legal department. You will work closely with the legal team & various company stakeholders to streamline processes, manage resources, implement technology solutions, and improve operational efficiencies within the department. This role requires a combination of legal knowledge, operational expertise, and project management skills. Job responsibilities:

Work directly with our various departments;
Support a wide variety of general legal matters throughout the different departments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align legal processes with broader organizational goals
Identify, evaluate, and implement legal tech solutions to improve case and document management, e-discovery, and contract analysis
Manage legal projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and best practices.

Requirements:
Law degree from a top academic institute.
Certified Lawyer with an active bar membership.
7+ years of relevant legal experience as a tech lawyer in a legal department of a high-tech company or in the commercial/high-tech department of a major law firm.
Strong understanding of legal processes, technology, and best practices in operational management.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple matters and conflicting priorities, while balancing legal and business concerns.
Exceptionally strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours and days.
Ability to work effectively remotely.
Excellent English.
