About The Position:
You are a highly experienced and motivated Senior Product Manager to lead our Connectivity Team. This team is responsible for data transmission and collection from sensors, network management, system improvements, integrations with customer IT infrastructures, and the development of embedded software for our gateways. You will have a proven track record in product management within the IoT space, exceptional technical expertise, strategic vision, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Product Roadmap: Develop and execute the product roadmap for our connectivity solutions, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, emerging trends, and opportunities for product enhancements and new features.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless product development, launch, and adoption.
Requirements Definition: Define product requirements, specifications, and features, balancing customer needs with technical feasibility.
Network Optimization: Lead efforts to enhance data transmission efficiency, network management, and system integration for optimal performance.
System Improvements: Drive continuous improvements in our connectivity solutions, focusing on reliability, scalability, and user experience.
Customer Integration: Oversee the integration of our solutions into customer IT infrastructures, ensuring compatibility and ease of use.

Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate with R&D teams in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
